Oh this is so beautiful, It reminds me of doing concerts in churches in these beautiful places in France. Ani Williams has such a beautiful spirit, it really shines, and her music is so resonant and her voice so strong, such deep tone and croyance.
I once was asked to play my harp for a wedding far out on a tiny bluff in the middle of ocean. However I did not need to play, the wind played instead, mmm it was so gloriously sunny and warm, it was a beautiful medieval wedding…
It should be noted, that the harp is played in the wind. According to my tradition, the wind, the wind is holy, because the angels are the wind who do Gods bidding. So the wind, the angels are playing the harp.
My father was scottish and welsh he used to tell me stories of great wind harps that the Scots used in war. The scottish erected huge harps on the battlefields and there the wind would play them, instilling fear and perhaps awe in the hearts of the invaders just through the incredible sound. (see this link on the way the scots used these harps )Now studying my tradition more, I have found that in all the great battles of good and evil, God sent his angels to fight for the good, thus the playing of the harp is puissant, directly explained and now falls into place.
Here is a wind harp which is actually made to be played by the wind.
